I believe that every individual, regardless of fitness level, age, or gender, can achieve optimal results from a comprehensive strength and conditioning program in a safe training environment led by educated and experienced professionals. Whether you are an elite athlete or just starting to get back into shape, my focus is on understanding your needs and goals. I will work with you to develop a training program that will make you stronger and more confident, putting you in the best position to achieve your objectives. If you have any movement restrictions, I will guide you safely through alternative exercises. I want you to feel comfortable in my training studio. Commercial gyms can be intimidating, so I strive to create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. My goal is to help you love yourself both on the outside and the inside. I am here to motivate you and teach you how to become a better version of yourself!

 My name is Fred Brandt, and I’m the founder and owner of Fusion Fitness. Fitness has always been more than just a career for me—it’s a lifelong passion and a way to give back to my community.

In 2010, I decided to dedicate myself full-time to helping people improve their health, strength, and confidence. Since then, I’ve become certified as a Personal Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Boxing Instructor, and TRX Instructor. With years of hands-on experience, I bring a wide range of training approaches to meet people where they are—whether they’re elite athletes, first-time gym members, or older adults looking to move and feel better.

Boxing has been a personal love of mine for many years, and I enjoy teaching others the discipline, skill, and confidence that come with it. I also understand firsthand the challenges of recovering from injury—after undergoing neck fusion surgery in 2010, I learned what it takes to safely rebuild strength and resilience. That experience has shaped my approach, giving me deeper empathy and insight when guiding others through setbacks and comebacks.

At Fusion Fitness, I use my knowledge and experience to create personalized fitness programs that are practical, effective, and tailored to your unique needs. My goal is simple: to help you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself—no matter where you’re starting from.
